Membership Benefits

1. You have opted into the Farashe Membership Program. Your monthly Membership payment entitles you to ONE of the following services: 60 Minute Farashe Signature Massage or 60 Minute Farashe Signature Facial or 60 mins Enzymatic Sea Mud Wrap. You may also enjoy additional membership upgrades and benefits outlined in the Exclusive Savings & Perks.

Membership Terms and Payment Schedule

2. Your Membership agreement begins on the date of enrollment. Your payment of $89.00 will be automatically deducted each month thereafter. Once payment is processed each month, benefits will be placed in your account to then be redeemed for one of the above services.

3. Active members in good standing may have up to three months from each payment to redeem their benefit for a service. All unused benefits that have not been redeemed after three months will expire. Expired benefits are forfeited and may not be refunded or transferred.

4.  If your monthly payment is declined, you will be given 15 days (from the scheduled payment date) to reconcile your account. If not reconciled within 15 days, Farashe may cancel this agreement immediately.

5. One family member may be added to your Membership account, free of charge. Please visit the front desk before your first appointment as a Member to let them know the name of your family member. An enrolled family member receives your exclusive discounted Membership rates on all of their purchases. Family members must be related to you, the Membership enrollee (spouse/partner relationships included). Membership family members may pay for their services individually, or use your accrued Membership services (with your approval). Membership family members are active as long as this agreement is active and your account payments are current.

Termination of Membership:

6. You may cancel your Membership at any time. All requests for membership cancellation must be in written form in an email to info@farashe.com. An account processor will contact you to confirm cancellation of your account within 72 hours. Automatic payments will end at cancellation. Any pre-paid benefits remaining in your account, after cancellation, will expire 90 days from your cancellation date. Expired benefits are forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred. You may freeze your account for up to 3 months and unfreeze it within 3 months. Membership account can only be frozen once per calendar year.
